Hi all,

Apologies if you get this multiple times - I'm having some difficulties with my email....

Although I have not heard back from many of you on the updated scope contingency table that I circulated last week, we need to converge on a new version soon so that Mike can put it in his talk. To that end, I have collected what I have into a new version of the spreadsheet, which is attached.

As backup - and so that we are all speaking the same language - I have included a few more details as to the justification for the changes in the google slide below:

There are a few remaining questions on the old scope contingency/opportunity items (for LAr, Muon, and Trigger). Please get back to me with any corrections to the spreadsheet/logic and answers to the questions below by Thursday so that we can get the updated version of the spreadsheet posted by Friday.

Scope Contingency

- N-SC-6-04-02 (Reduce LAr BEE firmware effort): Remove?

- N-SC-6-08-004 (Reduce global algorithm firmware effort): Remove?

Scope Opportunity

- Is proposed priority ordering ok? The new elements are highest priority, by decision date.

- N-SO-6-06-001 (Purchase remaining L0MDT ATCA crate): Obsolete?

- N-SO-6-08-002 (Additional Global Algorithm): Move decision date Jan-24 -> May-25 (PRR)

- N-SO-6-08-003 (New Algorithm for L0Calo gFEX): Move decision date Jan-24 -> May-25

- N-SO-6-06-002 (Firmware for NSW Trigger Processor): Move decision date Oct-23 -> Oct-25
