Hi All,

Attached is the committee list (and indeed it has all familiar names). 

One requested change to the agenda is "Thanks for the agenda! Looks fine. Could you turn the afternoon executive session into a single block from 1:30-5pm (closed)? If you can standby during that time, we will txt/email you with progress, if there are any follow up questions, and the time for the closeout (if it can be earlier)."

Rosemarie:

1. Can you extract the committee list from this email and put that information in the review website
2. Can you modify the agenda to turn the afternoon slot from 1:30-5pm into a single item "Executive Session (Closed Session)" ... That means remove "Q&A" and remove "Closeout Session"
3. Can you remove the Zoom information at the top of the Indico, just keep the "Zoom Meeting Info" label and stay tuned for Zoom info yet to be provided by NSF soon (I hope).
4. Please replace the charge document with this one – I think it is the same, but maybe there is some change so this is the latest one, and this one should be used in case there are any changes.
