Dear George, Marina, David, Wayne, Paul, Karl, Julie, Darien,

NSF has asked us to send you the review website information for the NSF annual review of US ATLAS on July 23 at NSF headquarters. The review website can be reached at

U.S. ATLAS HL-LHC Upgrade Project - NSF Annual Review (July 23, 2024) ยท Indico (bnl.gov)

The username is "review" and the password is "p2-lhc". There may be a couple of occasions when you get asked for that information. It is always the same username and password. If you have any difficulties let us know.

The website provides the link to the documentation which is stored in DocDB. Some of the starting places would be:

  •  Indico Presentations: Plenary sessions -- where you will find all the presentations for the review. All are there and in many cases in final form, but be aware that there may be small tweaks as people tune up their presentations. If there are any major changes we will inform you. Note that the Indico site will point you to the latest versions of the presentations in DocDB where you can click on the pdf file version to open it. Presentations will have "flags" on individual slides that address specific charge questions (e.g. CQ-x.y where x is the charge number and y is the letter subcategory of the charge question).

  • "Project Documentation" in particular contains the current EVMS, financial, schedule, manpower, risk, contingency usage, performance, etc information current through May 2024. Most of the tables and plots you find in the presentations are documented here.

  • "Management Documentation" references the more "static" documents describing our various management processes.
If you have any difficulties navigating the website or have questions or we have forgotten something, please let me know.

We look forward to seeing your familiar faces at the review!

Thanks,
Mike for the US ATLAS team
