Hello all,
As you can see from the CPR the schedule variance for NSF scope went up by
$1M this month, putting us at an overall SPI of 0.88. If this were DOE, this
would most likely trigger a review to examine the corrective actions the
project is taking. I suspect NSF will not ask for a review. However, they
will have questions, so please make sure all CAMs explain in their variance
reports in a quantified way when we can expect these schedule variances to go
down.
