Hi all,

We're trying to understand apparent differences between the salary rates used for M&O and Upgrade supported people as they are implemented in the IIC google sheet that you all know and love. Clearly, both M&O and upgrade supported personnel are being paid correctly, so any problems are in my interpretation of hourly rates. In order to make sure I understand what the IIC assumptions are, could you please send me two things for each person listed in the "Resources" tab of the google sheet for your system:
    1. their fully burdened yearly salary
    2. the number of hours per year you use to translate this to an hourly rate (usually 1760, but perhaps different)

If you calculate the hourly rate for someone in a different way, that's fine. Just let me know what the inputs to that calculation are. For example: Tile has people who are actually paid by the hour, and Trigger uses only generic rates. How were these numbers obtained?

Because time is very tight, please get this information to me by COB tomorrow (Thursday). If it's difficult for you to get the required information for anyone on the list, then please send me what you can get.

Thanks very much for your help.

Best  -  Hal
