Hi All,

I just heard from Aamir at NSF regarding possible dates for the annual NSF review:

The format will be:

  • It will be a 1-day review like last time – so only L2s + PO need to be present (however if you want some of your L3s to be available if needed, please check with them as well)
  • The preferred mode is to attend in-person at NSF in DC (wherever that is!)
  • Zoom will be available if in-person is impossible for some individuals

Possible dates proposed by Aamir:

  • July 27-30 – note that July 27-29 is the US ATLAS Workshop in Arizona in case you are planning to go
  • Aug 17-20
  • Aug 24-27

Please specify all individual dates that youCANNOT attend either in person or by Zoom. If you are available ONLY on Zoom for some dates please indicate those specific dates as well.

Please provide your input by COB tomorrow (Friday 3/20/26)

Thanks, Mike
