Hi all,

        One piece of good news in follow-up to our
discussions today: I spoke with Gustaaf about the
"out of sequence tasks" errors being caused by
overlapping tasks (eg. testboard schematic
and layout design).  He agreed that the way
we structured our schedule was sensible, and
that in fact similar things were done across
all subsystems.  The PMO people will talk with
the P6 people to explain why this approach needs
to be permitted, without causing problems by
generating such "error" messages.  So,
hopefully that issue will be resolved
without any action on our part.
