System Managers,

We have completed the cost/schedule performance reports (CPRs) for the 
period beginning of project to the end of September 2018. The reports 
have been posted in docdb 624.

Please review the report for your system. When you analyze the data keep 
in mind

 1. The results should be analyzed only as cumulative, the current
    period is not meaningful at this point. The reason for this is that
    the schedules have been statussed for many periods (months).
 2. The actuals for FY17 and FY18 are uploaded at level 3 – e.g.
    6.01.99, 6.02.99. We have not collected all the actuals data at a
    lower level. Therefore the COST performance can be evaluated only at
    Level 2.
 3. For the schedule status (Schedule variance (SV) and Schedule
    Performance Index (SPI) – columns J and L) you can click on the plus
    sign at level 3 to expand the field and to see how each activity
    affects the schedule performance. Remember that SV= Work Performed
    (column H) - Work Budgeted (column G)

Please let us know if you have any questions or need help in 
interpreting the data. This is a standard reporting format that will be 
provided to you on a monthly basis and it is very important that you 
understand the data.

We plan to send the status spreadsheets for October/November next 
Monday, November 26.
