Hi all,

        As you can see, the in-person preFDR review at NSF
headquarters on Jan. 30 is officially cancelled.  Please go
ahead and cancel what travel plans you can to reduce wasting
funding.
        As we discussed, everyone should connect to the
phone meeting with the review committee that will happen
a 1 pm NY time this Friday.

Dear HL-LHC NSF-scope colleagues,

As of COB today (Jan 22) the Jan 30 pre-FDR review at NSF is CANCELLED 
(since NSF is closed today), and it will not be rescheduled. The pre-FDR 
committee met today (at 1pm) and we expect to receive questions late 
tonight or early tomorrow to be answered at a phone meeting with the 
committee scheduled for 1pm Friday Jan 25.

Please distribute to your subsystems as appropriate.
