Hi all,
A reminder of the phone mtg at 1 pm today with
the NSF FDR review committee. The connection details
are given below.
As a reminder, this phone meeting will be the
only direction interaction with the committee, now that
the face-to-face review scheduled for next week has
been cancelled due to the govt shutdown.
All L2s and L3s should attend the phone meeting.
The discussion will focus on answering written
questions submitted by the committee; see
https://docs.google.com/document/d/1psmYRD_sF78SmUUOe9gReFDoPvWKp7XyHD0I_shtrxI/edit.
Regards,
John

*Dear ATLAS/CMS Reviewers, Jim,*
**
*Please see below for information on how to access the review materials. *
**
*In preparation for the review, we are planning two telecons – *
**
*First telecon – January 22^nd (1-2 pm EST for ATLAS, and 2-3 pm EST for CMS) will be the reviewers only, generating a list of questions to be considered in the actual review. *
**
*Second telecon – January 25^th (1-2 pm EST for ATLAS, and 2-3 pm EST for CMS) will be joint between the Panel and the Projects, answering the questions generated on the 22^nd , also setting up topics for the face-to-face review. *
**
*Please note Mark’s request – _we will be holding both of these telecons in all scenarios_; but if the shutdown is not resolved by Tuesday 5pm EST, we will NOT be holding the face to face review the following week. *
**
*Jim Thomas of the NSF Physics Division will attend all meetings to provide a NSF participant. *
**
*If you have problems accessing the documents or any other issues, please let me know. *
**
*Thanks… Tony*
