Hi all,

I put an updated draft of the slides for my

L2 talk (in both pptx and pdf) on the agenda page at

you take the files from there to set up things

for the DR page?

(Hong/Hao, note that I slightly modified the schedule

summary plot on p. 24, so you should take a new

copy from there.)

                Regards,

                                John

My notes from today's walkthrough of slides

are given below.

John

John

p.14 - say when decision was made and how

p.17 - update to 4 channels and 1 trigger sum,

plus check what is in docdb

p.23 - uncosted effort evidently includes

L2 from me and Hong in both NSF and DOE

p. 24 - check schedule

p.25 - update to come from George soon

p.26 - delete

- add slides on Risk, QA/QC, Scope Contingency

Hao

- check BOE to make sure text says FDR and not

PRR for FE crate and BE crate tests

p.25 - needs to be rewritten, as discussed

- make clear WBS structure at L4 (maybe

on p. 5?)

p. 30 - uncosted should be zero'ed out later;

for now add this to list of changes to come

Hong

- add QA/QC slide

p.9 - reword "jointly" bullet

p.13 - remove institutes and just leave as

work of collaboration with French

p. 15 - "investigating..., "for now focusing..."

p. 20 - needs some edits

p. 32 - check with George "empty" design maturity

     Hello all,

We will meet this week in our new

     weekly timeslot of Tuesday afternoon

starting at 1:30 pm (ie. 30 minutes later

     than our old time).

The main topic will be to go over

the draft slides for the upcoming

DR for the DOE scope.  We should also

briefly discuss the status of the RLS

changes as part of the ongoing NSF

     BCP preparations.

I have created an agenda page

            Talk to you tomorrow.
