I did the little study of simulating the full LAr schedule with 
risk+maturity turned on for the DOE part but turned off for the NSF 
part, i.e. the NSF part of the schedule just follows the baseline.

These are the results I get for the schedule delay (at 90% CL):

The DOE-smearing-only results seem to agree pretty well with what we 
showed at CD1.
