Hello all,

Following the experience gained in yesterday's session, we are evolving 
the guidance somewhat.  Attached are two sets of slides:
-a revised version of the introduction, with new info on scrubbing 
session goals and risk probability assignments
-a new template for the slides, with additional guidance.  In 
particular, we will have "overview slides" that just say which risks 
have been identified for each deliverable and phase, and then slides 
that give the full info from the risk register for each risk.
