Yes, we have to do this.  Reviewers have long complained that
the RR in its Excel format is not readable, and therefore this
new format has been proposed.  In future reviews, the new slides
will be in backup so that, if a risk question is asked, you
can show it and use it to go over the information.

Fortunately, the "copy/paste" part is quick.  What will require
more work before/after the scrubbing is to improve the information,
such as editing the Comment field so that is provide quantitative
info about how the various numbers were decided, ...
