Hello all,

    We need to meet this week to go over
preparations for the NSF FDR.  Unfortunately,
I am not available in our usual timeslot of
Tuesday afternoon starting at 1:30 pm.
Therefore, I hope people will be available
to start the meeting earlier, preferably at
10 am EDT (or else at 11 am EDT).
    For now, I have assumed a start time of
10 am EDT.  Let me know if that is a problem
for you.
    I have created an agenda page
at https://indico.bnl.gov/event/6635/.
The focus will be on preparations for
the upcoming NSF FDR DR. Before the
mtg, Tim/Andy/me should upload the
latest versions of the various docs,
including BOEs and talk slides.
    Note that the deadline for posting
everything to the main review page for
the committee is THIS Wed. at midnight EDT!!
So, we have VERY little time left to get
everything ready to be posted. (particularly
since the FDR DR recommended making sure
everything is posted on time, we must
be ready!)
