Hi Mike

Wednesday Ken Fouts informed me that he has to withdraw from the FDR 
panel. That’s a big loss since I think he is very competent at cost, 
schedule, and risk assessment. He just learned that he is being promoted 
to be  the Director of Contractor Assurance and Contract Management at 
SLAC effective today. With Tony Beasley last-minute assistance, I was 
able to recruit Laura Lockledge from NRAO to backfill for Ken. The 
revised FDR roster with contact information is attached. Laura will also 
replace Ken on the Full Life-cycle Cost Review.
