Hi all,

The CPR for October has been released; see attached. Overall for the project, it is VERY bad ("putrid" was the word used in the CCB). LAr is not the worst offender, but we certainly have our problems. Please take a careful look and get back to me with comments on your area, so that we can try figure out how to take corrective actions.
The overall report is so bad that the PO decided this month that there will only be variance reports at L2, so the L3 mgrs are off the hook for writing variance reports this month. However, I will need your inputs to write my L2 variance.
