Hi John,

 

                Today I have the monthly meeting at 11am that I have to attend.

                Here is a short summary of my L3.

                BNL and LAL/Omega met last week to discuss the plan.

                BNL presented the plan for testing ALFE1 and design/fabrication for ALFE1b.

                The French expressed concern over the lack of ALFE1b result before PDR.  This is still to be followed up.

                Mietek is finalizing the documentation on ALFE1, and the pinout assignment.

 

                I still need to finish the risk registry update, and the Variance report for Oct.  Will work on it later today.
