A focus will be on updates needed to the RLS of the DOE L3s; Hong and 
Hao should upload their modified scrubbing reports.

I might be late to the meeting (or might even miss it), due to some 
unavoidable prior commitment, in which case I would ask Hong to run the 
meeting.
