Hi all,

	As you can see, the PO is asking if there are any additional pre-MREFC 
needs.  Tim and Andy should discuss with their ICs and make a list of 
any such needs, including an itemized list and a justification for each.
	I expect other subsystems will also have needs, so we should respond 
quickly to avoid being too late.  Tim/Andy, please get your materials to 
me by Friday at the latest so that we can put together a coherent LAr 
request.

Hello all,

There is a small amount of pre-MREFC contingency left.

Could you work with the institutional contacts to determine if they will 
need any additional funding (beyond the allocations for which document 
requests were sent out recently) to complete pre-MREFC work?  Please 
also prioritize within your system.
