Hello all,

        I have created an indico page at
https://indico.bnl.gov/event/7670/ for this Thursday's LAr DOE 
scrubbing.  I asked Hong to reserve a room for us, which I can add to 
indico once I know which room.
	While I don't expect it to take that long, I simply put 2 3-hours 
blocks on the agenda, one for each DOE L3.  Hao and Hong will upload 
their materials there before the scrubbing.  I also put a slot for some 
intro slides from the PO, thinking that the PO might want to make some 
intro remarks before we start; since Gustaaf did this at the NSF 
scrubbing, I tentatively put him as speaker so that he would have access 
to upload slides, but let me know if I need to change this.

	I also asked Hong about what can be arranged for getting lunch brought 
in.  People should let me know who is attending in person, and also 
whether we will need to add a Vidyo connection.
