Good evening!

As per Mike Tut’s request, I am forwarding additional instructions on 
the Monthly Status Request for the NSF Scope.  Please see Mike’s 
additional request below:

Since we have started the MREFC on April 1 which supports the 
construction project, while at the same time finishing up the R&D 
supported by the Operations Program, we will need to keep those two 
activities separate, so for the NSF scope L2 managers (not the DOE scope 
ones), we will need two separate reports:

  * For the pre-MREFC period (what we have been doing for the past years)
  * MREFC period which just started on April 1. They have the same WBS
    numbers, so it would be a similar report to the pre-MREFC one
    limited to MREFC activities. For April I imagine it will be very
    slim since the institutions are only just getting the subawards now.
