Hi All,

As mentioned by Hal yesterday, we’ll have our next quarterly risk 
reviews during the time slots for the CCB meetings for the next two 
weeks (9/29 and 10/6).  We propose to go through all subsystems except 
Pixels and GM in the first meeting, and then follow with Pixels, GM and 
any overflow from the first meeting on 10/6.

Please prepare some slides along the same lines as for the previous risk 
review, highlighting

- Changes in risks since the last risk review

- Potential changes to risks in the next 3 months, e.g.  changes to 
probability/impact of existing risks, introduction of new risks, risks 
that could be realized or that need to be watched carefully, and risks 
that might be retired
