Hi all,

I wanted to inform everyone that today the CCB approved the BCP that will fund a new LAr BE effort based at NYU, which is very good news! Congratulations to Andy and NYU, and welcome to the team! (though of course Andy himself has been a member of the team from the beginning, in his role as L3 manager)
The current BCP will provide the funding to NYU through the end of CY2022. Hopefully the overall project will be in good financial shape in a year or so, when we will revisit this issue in hopes of extending the NYU effort to the end of the project.

This is a very nice way to end what has been a VERY challenging year! I want to thank you all for all your efforts, which have led us to be able to make substantial progress despite all the issues that 2020 has thrown at us. I wish you and your families happy holidays, and all the best for 2021.
