Do not use the **minus** (collapse) sign when editing the sheets – this 
may corrupt the updates made by other CAMs.

We will be using the same method as in the previous COVID-19 change (see 
attached Gustaaf’s presentation).

Detailed instructions are provided below.

The sheets are based on the March status working schedule. They are 
similar to the status sheets but have some differences.

In the sheets there are 2 tabs

 1. In-progress activities
 2. Not started activities that have baseline dates between November 1,
    2020 and September 30, 2021

For **in-progress** activities

Activities will be split – the first activity will have baseline start 
as in the current schedule and completion date of May 1, 2021 and will 
be set up to **completed** in the May status. The second activity will 
have the same description with **(2)** at the end. Therefore we are 
*not* asking you to add new activity but rather provide information for 
this second activity in columns W (duration), X(start date), Y(finish 
date), Z(updated effort).

Planned units of the first activity will be calculated based on 
**Planned Units**(column N) minus **Remaining Units**(column O).

For **Not started** activities.

If you know how their durations/start/finish dates have changed please 
provide this is columns V, W, X, Y. If you don’t have information leave 
them as they are. Only change effort and/or duration if task will be 
done in near future (< 6 months).

Keep in mind that activities with baseline start date before May 1, 2021 
should be moved after May 1 otherwise we will get schedule variance once 
we start statussing the updated schedules.

If you know that travel will not happen add comment in column Z so we 
know that the activity should be deleted.

We would like to get feedback as soon as possible but not later than 
*Wednesday, April 28*.
