Dear NSF L2 and Dep managers,

We will need the justification paragraphs to accompany the new NSF COVID 
BCP. As a guide, attached is the previous addendum we sent to the NSF 
that included the justifications. This should serve as a guide for the 
new one. I would be good to get this next week, as it is needed to get 
NSF approval.
