We are trying to settle on tentative dates for the DOE IPR/CD-3b review 
and the Director’s Review.  The candidates are below.  Can you please 
canvass your people and let us know about your groups’ availability? 
Please send one message per L2 system.  We’ve avoided most major 
conflicting reviews, ATLAS meetings, etc.

The windows for the DR are limited to one, so please do what you can to 
try to accommodate it; if it doesn’t work for some reason, we’ll have to 
iterate more closely.  I would for the moment assume Tue-Thu of each 
week, although the DR is more flexible in that regard.
