The silence has generally been deafening, so please pencil in this week 
below for the DOE IPR.

As we originally discussed, the week of November 1 should be put aside 
for the Director’s Review as well.

If there are any difficulties with either of these, let me know asap.

DOE L2M/Deputies –

I’ve finally had a chance to collate the responses to the poll trying to 
define the window for the next DOE IPR review.  While the responses were 
not wholly aligned, the week of January 24 can be made to work for all.  
It would in all likelihood be held on Tue-Thu, Jan 25-27, but this 
remains to be finalized.

Please confirm that the above will work for you.

Regarding remote/attendance:  OPA expects to gradually move to in-person 
reviews on the fall, COVID conditions permitting, of course.  The 
committee’s physical attendance under these circumstances will likely be 
encouraged, but will remain optional.  Optional in-person attendance 
will likely remain the PO guidance for the team as well.
