                So far, there is no known conflict for me.  But Feb is usually the time when DOE HEP and NP have the budget briefings for the labs.    We don’t know the dates until it is closer (end of the year, or early in Jan).

Pursuant to our discussio0n yesterday, a set of proposed options for
adjusting the upcoming review dates are appended below.  The number of
options is indeed limited due to holidays, other ATLAS meetings, etc. so
please do what you can to accommodate them.  We have also been asked by
OPA whether our Jan 25-27, 2022 IPR review date is at all flexible,
which we should try to accommodate if we can.  A list of potential
windows is included below for this as well.

Please get back to us with your team’s responses by the end of next week
(prior to Labor Day).
