Dear DOE L2s/DL2s,

Thanks a lot for your help scheduling the scrubbing meetings for our 
upcoming DOE reviews. The final schedule is:

- Pixel: Tues, Sep 28 from 2–4 PM EDT

- Strips: Thurs, Sep 30 from 3–5 PM EDT

- DAQ: Fri, Oct 1 from 4–6 PM EDT

- GM: Mon, Oct 4 from 3–5 PM EDT

- LAr: Friday, Oct 8 from 12:30–2:30 PM EDT

We would propose following the same approach as in the past, namely that 
we have a presentation by each L3, with one slide per risk (using the 
template in the “detailed view” tab in the risk register xlsx file). 
There could be a short overview by the L2, if this would be helpful to 
understand the overall context. The main things we want to cover are:

- Is everything up to date? (Expiration, cost/schedule impacts, 
comments, task affected)

- Are there new risks?

- Any questions from the PMO on the existing risk documentation 
(consistency across risks, comments are sufficiently explanatory)

- COVID vendor risks: expect a more detailed email on this topic soon

* Special to Strips: is the Standing Army analysis up to date? (Maybe 
this has to be covered by the L2)

In preparation for the upcoming DOE reviews, we'd like to start 
scheduling scrubbing meetings to update the risk simulation. As a first 
attempt, would you please respond to Chris, George and myself on your 
general availability the weeks of Sep 27 and Oct 4? This avoids the 
upcoming TDAQ week (Sep 20) and ATLAS week (Oct 11).
