We just received a charge from DOE for the January IPR.  Under normal 
circumstances, they would have provided it earlier and we would have 
started using it for the Director’s Review.  We didn’t have that 
opportunity this time.

Having looked through it, we believe it’s a better charge – crisper, a 
bit more logical, etc. – and that it will better serve us in getting out 
of this review what we want, and that we should use it.  The material 
covered in both charges has a great deal of overlap, and the talks we 
have gone over with you cover most, if not all, of the needed ground.  
Much of the difference consists of a slight shift in emphasis.  But by 
and large, what you’ve already drafted adequately spans the space.

The charge is attached -- please read it through.  If there is any 
mapping between the charge questions to the slide content (little yellow 
boxes) just have people do the best they to address that.  If you can 
speak to the new charge in a clearer way by adding a couple bullets, or 
even a slide, please do so.  But this change should constitute a very 
minor adjustment for all of us who are presenting.
