DOE L2M, Deputies –

The website for the DOE IPR is now publicly accessible, outside the BNL 
firewall.  The url is below, as is that for the indico/presentation site.

Please look over the material associated with your systems.  In 
particular, *as we discussed earlier this week, the breakout sessions on 
the indico page have been revamped considerably since the Director’s 
Review *– as before, some flexibility on the part of the reviewers, with 
your guidance, may be necessary but this should be a bit more intuitive. 
*Please make sure that it’s ~ consistent with the manner in which you 
intend to present – if you’d like to make any changes, let me know.*

*Remember we need all presentations up by the end of the day this 
Monday, Jan 10 – the site will go to the committee on Tuesday morning. *
