I uploaded, BOE, Traceability Table, and slides to the indico page.
There is no cost for the baseline BCP (75). So I recycled some text we used before for this change.
I added BCP 59 from last Sept.
I don’t know if I gave the right number for the float on slide 2. I got it from the scrubbing report.

Hi all,
We will meet Friday at our usual time. The indico page is at
https://indico.bnl.gov/event/15546/. In addition to the usual
roundtable, we will discuss preparations for the DOE RLS scrubbing that
will happen next Wed. (see https://indico.bnl.gov/event/15406/).
Before Friday's meeting, Hong and Hao should upload to Friday's Indico
their relevant documents for the scrubbing. We will look at them
briefly together on Friday. Then, to help with the DOE scrubbing
preparations, I would like to ask Tim to read over Hong's PA/S
documents, and Andy to read over Hao's System Integration documents, and
to provide feedback latest by noon on Tues. May 3. I will also go over
both sets of documents. That should give Hong and Hao some time to
incorporate any changes before the scrubbing with the PO on Wed. May 4.
Another issue: during our weekly meeting on Apr. 8, we went over any RR
changes to be made as part of the quarterly RR review. I need now to
collect all the final changes and propagate them to the PO. Please make
sure the RR version you uploaded to the Apr. 8 Indico reflects all the
changes to be made to your L3, updated as necessary following the
discussions we had.
