Dear DOE L2s and Deputy L2s,

It has been about 6 months since our last risk workshop, although with 
CD2/3 it feels much more recent! Let's plan for a less intensive *DOE 
risk "check-up"* in two weeks, during the *February 7* CCB meeting timeslot:

In particular, please prepare slides that focus on:

  * Current risks that can now be *retired, *or *extending expected
    expiration* if it's now in the past
  * *New* risks that might have come up over the past 6 months, or
    simply comment on things that are worrying you these days
  * Large changes in *probability* or *cost/duration uncertainty*
