Hi all,

	We will meet tomorrow at our usual time.  The main topic will be the 
(final) preparations for the Director's Review next week for the NSF 
rebaseline.  In advance, it would be greatly appreciated if everyone 
could try find some time to go over the slides of the various talks, and 
provide feedback (please send any feedback by reply/all to this email, 
so that everyone sees the suggestions).  The talks are all posted in 
docdb and pointed to by the relevant links on the review WWW site that I 
just circulated to you.
	Concerning the breakout, which is shared with Tile, we have agreed to 
split the two sessions (Wed. 2:45 - 4:30 pm and Thurs. 9 - 11 am) by 
subsystem.  As input to which session is for LAr, the speakers (Hong, 
Tim, Andy) should let me know asap of any schedule conflicts you have 
(eg. with teaching, ...).

	Finally, Tim/me/Andy should make sure you have updated the other 
documents, including BOEs, and that the correct versions are pointed to 
in docdb.
