Hi All,

I've attached the first version of the risk simulation results for the 
NSF director's review.

The NSF workbook is old enough that it doesn't contain the "For 
Presentation" tab found in more recent DOE reviews; I'll add this next, 
along with continuing general sanity checks of the results. In the 
meantime, the final tab in the workbook (Cost Range Analysis) is 
probably the best summary of the results to start digesting.
