Hi John,

Yes! I finished the LAr simulation last night but haven't had a chance 
to write yet this morning (sigh, afternoon).

Quickly, with the new schedule / risks, the changes are:

6.04.02: was 438 days --> 255 days now
6.04.03: was 461 days --> 295 days now

So, much better! Although still a bit above the 253 days of available 
float quoted in the director's review.

Exploring the tornado plot functionality of the simulation (just found 
it!) it seems like the schedule is most sensitive to FEB21290 
(pre-production board schematic design). Take this with a grain of salt 
though, I'm still learning about what this means...
