Slide 9: Should you include Stroynowski also on the row for SMU, in sync with the org chart update?
I don’t see a new org chart yet. If we don’t have one by tomorrow evening I’ll add it by hand.
Slide 14: There are two FDRs on the same slides, with two different meanings. First one for FDR of ADC in ATLAS and second one for NSF FDR of the project. Maybe using ATLAS-FDR and NSF-FDR?
Good point. Fixed.
Slide 17: “Main goals for
yourFEE”
Thanks.
Slide 20: This only covers ADC. What about optics? Will lpGBT and VL+ be tested at SMU? Slide 17 does say “production qualification” for optics.
Split slide into ADC and Optics. For Optics added "Optics: Preparations in progress for testing fiber connectors for VTRx+. Note: lpGBT and VL+ are purchased from CERN already QC tested.”
Slide 23: Title says “realized risks”, but the list includes retired risks without realization. How about Realized and Retired Risks”?
I like your suggestion and changed the title. But it might get changed back to match others…
Slide 28: Did you actually return resources back to the project ? If so, was it associated with a BCP?
Ah, no I have not. What do you think, should this be removed? This essentially happened since we submitted the chip, so can I say this would be realized in the current rebaselining?
Best, Tim

On the todo list for next week are updating the org chart and adding the charge boxes.

Hi all,
We will meet tomorrow. However, to work around an ongoing LBNC meeting
I am involved with, I need us to meet starting at 1 pm EST (instead of
the usual 12:30 pm); ie. 30 minutes later than usual. I hope that is OK
for everyone.
It is important we meet tomorrow to discuss preparations for the NSF
review. In particular, the talks (updated as needed from the version at
the recent Director's Review) need to be posted by COB on Monday.
