instructions on how to make corrections/updates, and reminders on how to

        During Andy's drilldown practice today, the question was asked about 
what lags and constraints we have in the LAr RLS.  I recall that you once 
sent us a spreadsheet that listed all those.  However, I can't seem to find 
it.  Can you resend it to us?
