Hi all,

FYI, the templates for the L2 and L3 talks at the upcoming DOE IPR are available at https://indico.bnl.gov/event/21523/. (This is relevant for Hong, Hao and myself.) We do not yet have a charge or an agenda for the IPR, but for now one should assume the format of the review will be similar to the CD-2/3 review.
