Hi all,

Given the small number of charge questions for the IPR, we don't think 
that including small text boxes mapping your slides to the relevant 
charge questions is necessary. So - please remove any of the "CQ-x" 
boxes from your slides.

Additionally, Masahiro will be giving an I&I L2 talk in the management 
breakout session. So you don't need to include I&I slides in the main 
part of your talks. Feel free to move any I&I material that you have 
into the backup.
