Hi all,

	I just returned to NYC after a week vacation (following right after LAr 
Week), so I am still getting caught up on emails, etc.
	Many thanks to Andy and Hao and Hong for preparing and successfully 
shepherding through the CCB process the BCP related to the SRTM schedule 
(and its knock-on effects to the DOE scope).  With the recent 
adjustments to both the FEB2 and the SRTM schedules, I hope we will 
(over the next few months) move out of variance territory, and hopefully 
have our schedules on a better footing.
	We will meet this Friday at the regular time, but I will send out a 
reminder later next week.
