Please take a moment to update the following:

  * Column O            **Status**                            Enter
    Open/Closed
  * Column P            **Date Due**                       Provide your
    estimate date of when the corrective action will be closed
  * Column Q            **Action Closed**               Enter Yes/No

If you have problems getting on the BNL VPN or accessing the IPD 
website, please let me know so they can expedite a request to BNL ITD to 
assist with your access.
