A reminder to Tim and Andy that their L3 VARS are due TODAY!  Please
take care of them asap and let me know when you are done, so I can write
my L2 VAR.

The good news is the FEB2 is now out of VAR territory, and Hao has also
re-emerged from VAR territory.
