                Please take a note of NSF offline risk review.  Basically we need to update the RR.   I highlighted the bullets below in red.

                I took a quick look at the risk registry. Most of the NSF risks have expired (18 out of 23). So at least something has to be done for those.  Please check if the tasks need to be updated, in addition to the expiration date.

 

We should go over these next time we meet, probably in two weeks.

Dear NSF L2s and Deputy L2s,

Instead of scheduling a full risk workshop, we will review the current risk register offline, as a light-weight risk workshop. There is no need to prepare slides, but please review the current risk register, focusing on updates since the March risk workshop. If nothing has changed, please send me a brief email indicating so. Please let me know of any of the following:
- Updating the task affected so that all tasks associated with risks are in the future.
- New risks that might have come up over the past 3 months, or issues that are worrying you these days.
- Large changes in probability or cost/duration uncertainty.
The current risk register in docDB (#196) is v94, and the supply chain risk register is v18:
