Hi all,

	A reminder to Tim and Andy that their VARs are due tomorrow.  Please 
take care of it today if at all possible, otherwise tomorrow morning. 
Let me know when you are done, since I unfortunately need to file a L2 
VAR again this month (after a one-month break).
	Andy should note that, in addition to the "regular" issue with your CPI 
being out of bounds (it is now ~1.15), your SPI has again dropped into 
VAR territory.  The CPR spreadsheet shows the SPI is 0.90 and is green. 
However, IPD shows it is red and needs to be addressed in your VAR.  The 
reason for the discrepancy is the CPR spreadsheet rounds to 2 digits, 
but IPD does not.  The full precision numbers in IPD show your SPI is 
0.899, which is below 0.9 and therefore needs a VAR.  So be sure to 
address both SPI and CPI in your VAR.

	A note to Hao and Hong also that, as I mentioned to them last week, 
they are getting very close to VAR territory, with both having SPI 
values now that have fallen to 0.91.

	Hopefully in June Andy can get back above 0.90 and we can get back out 
of VAR territory at L2.  That would be nice to have to the NSF review. 
Tim will still be below 0.9, but we should have the success of having 
held the ADC PRR to blunt the concern that will be triggered among our 
reviewers.
