BTW, in terms of November VAR reports, congratulations to Tim who has
succeeded in getting his SPI back above 0.9, and therefore for the first
time in a long time does not need to write a VAR!

That leaves the FEB2 (me) and BE (Andy) writing VARs for the NSF side,
and Hao on the DoE side.  I will also have to write a L2 VAR, since at
L2 our overall SPI is 0.89.
