DOE L2 Managers and Deputies —
A very happy and healthy new year to you and yours.
We’ve been in the process of identifying a week during which the next 
annual review of the DOE scope might be held.  Given the constraints 
that have been identified, *the week of May 18 *seems to be the best target.
*The review will be held over ~ 2.5-3 days that week — usually, Tue-Thu, 
though this is not yet fixed.  The review will be held remotely. *Note 
that the Monday of the following week -- May 25 — is Memorial Day.
Please let us know of your availability and that of your group at your 
earliest convenience.
