Hi all,

A reminder that the VARs for January are due by Friday. This month we need VARs from me and Andy and Hao (barely) at L3, plus me at L2. Andy/Hao please complete and submit the VARs by Thursday and let me know when you have done so, so that I can complete the L2 VAR.
