Hi all,

	Sorry for the late reminder, but the VARs for Feb. are due TODAY.  The 
summary is as follows:

Tim and Hong continue to be in good shape, and do not need VARs

The FEB2 SV recovered very nicely in Feb. (as anticipated given the 
impact of the recent BCP is being felt now), but still (barely) needs a 
VAR.  I have filled it out already.

Andy's L3 continues to slide, and reached a SPI of 0.8.  So Andy needs 
to write a VAR.  Hopefully this week's BCP will turn this around over 
the coming few months.

Hao is still right on the edge, but again needs a VAR.  Hopefully the 
recent progress n the FEC test will soon get him back above 0.90

Driven by the FEB2 recovery, and an overall positive SV on the DOE side, 
I am happy to report we no longer need a VAR at L2!  That is very good news.

        So, Andy/Hao please file your VARs today.
